3. Before your allotted time, click on the Image below (GB Computers remote support)

4. Once the download is complete, open up the teamviewerQS.exe

5. Click on run if you are prompted

6. Please provide us with your ID and password.

7. Sit back and relax, let us resolve your problems.

8. If the session is going to run over and your happy to continue we can always take a further payment but are flexible if its only a few minutes.
